For the first time, I decided to stay up super late to get to purchase the Antidote collection. Living in Australia makes purchasing limited collections hard; so i was determined to see the collection before it sold out. My thoughts? Amazing. I bought every single piece on sale, keep in mind, usually when I see Antidote there is about one thing left due to it selling out within the hour of release.
In the first look, I chose to style these super cute heart-knee'd jeans. I'm such a jean kind-of girl, they are perfect for casual or formal occasions if style right. I went for a casual day-wear look, with some kitten block heels, and cap.
Next, this eccentric puffer jacket. Everyone on Stardoll loves a limited jacket, especially puffer-jackets. This one is pretty different with it's lopsided style and safety pin fastening. As the jacket is quite large, I kept the rest of the look simple and slim, as to let the jacket be the focal point. I rarely rock all black, but this, I love.
Third, tweed/checkered pants - these sold out within about 15 minutes, and no wonder. How funky and high fashion is the silhouette? I absolutely adore the ring-belt detail as well; it adds a bit of different geometry. I paired these pants with a slimline navy bodysuit, so the pants aren't swamping my dolls body. Sure, these pants are quite 'different', but considering that Stardoll is a place of fashion expression, these are really something I'm happy with.
One of the final pieces I styled was this interesting off-the-shoulder-yet-has-one-shoulder blouse. We all know I love a white blouse, after the Fendi blouse, I didn't think I'd find one as nice again, but here it is; something which wowed me. The interesting shape helps any outfit turn from casual to chic. It's a very in-trend style, and one which would suit a variety of buyers.
I know this is a small glimpse considering I bought everything, but these pieces are arguably my most worn thus far. If you get the chance, buy these items should people sell them.
