Ah yellow, one of the harder colours to style in my opinion - if you don't include gold as a form of yellow, but I'm talking yellow. I really own very few things in yellow, much like green, I find them on the more difficult end of the styling spectrum, but nevertheless, it would not be a Colour Series without a dash of yellow. The first look I am content with - even though the yellow piece used was from the limited edition line, Antidote. I wouldn't say that I'm anti-yellow, I just am a bit of an amateur at styling it - everyone has things that do and do not work for them. For me, I do see yellow as more an exclusive summer colour, but if you can work yellow in those cold months "props to ya mama". I don't know why I purchased the top in the second look. It was from Callie's Picks, and I remember it from when I was much younger playing Stardoll #nostalgic, but what was I thinking, this is so far from my stylings comforts. Does anyone else know how to style this top? Give me some ideas or take a photos and show me on Stardoll! Any looks sent to me or that I discover will be featured on this site - I feel it's important to showcase others' work also! Anywho, back to yellow. The final look shows the more subtle side of yellow - an angular yellow skirt from Evil Panda. Paired with my Fendi jumper (I swear this jumper goes with everything). I'd have to say that the third look is my most preferred one of the three, simply because it's more to my taste.
Stardoll user Orpul-Is-Me9 tried the rainbow challenge herself. How colourful and fun! I absolutely love the hair colours incorporated as well. I think my favourite look of them all is, funnily enough, the yellow - what a perfect way to style such a quirky Young Hollywood piece!
